📋 Event Terms & Conditions
– The event will start strictly at the scheduled time.
– Bookings will close one day prior to the event date.
– If the minimum number of attendees is not met, you will be notified one day before the event and receive a full refund to your original credit card. Refunds usually take up to 3 working days to process, depending on your bank’s policies. No fees will be deducted.
– For all JumpIn member events, tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled due to insufficient attendees.
– Cancellations can be requested up to 3 days before the event. A refund (minus a $5 processing fee) will only be issued if your ticket is purchased by someone on the waiting list.
– Please check in using the attendee name provided during checkout and your order number, which will be sent to you via email.
