With GoPlugAI, you’ll collaborate with clients from tech, finance, hospitality, logistics, retail, and more to deliver automation and AI-powered solutions that improve efficiency, enhance decision-making, and unlock growth opportunities.

You’ll:

• Work with AI workflow design tools and big data platforms.

• Develop and test AI agents for customer service, marketing automation, and operations.

• Build models for forecasting, data analysis, and process optimisation.

🌟 What You’ll Do

AI Agent Development

• Design, configure, and test AI agents for client-specific tasks (e.g., chatbots, automated reporting, lead qualification).

• Integrate AI tools with CRMs, ERPs, and other business systems.

Big Data Automation

• Create automated data pipelines to collect, clean, and process large datasets.

• Use APIs and automation platforms to connect data sources and trigger workflows.

Data Modeling & Insights

• Build predictive models for sales forecasting, customer segmentation, and risk analysis.

• Analyse performance metrics and generate insight reports for clients.

✅ Who We’re Looking For

• Curious and enthusiastic about AI, automation, and data analytics.

• Familiar with tools like Python, SQL, Google Cloud, AWS, Zapier, or Make.com (bonus points for experience).

• Comfortable working with APIs and data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

• Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
