Student Event Planner & Coordinator – Campus Projects
Are you someone who loves bringing people together?
Do you enjoy creating meaningful conversations, organising fun events, and helping students feel connected on campus?
JumpIn is looking for Weekly In-Campus Meetup Coordinators to help us host regular themed meetups at USYD, UNSW, UTS, and more universities. You’ll play a key role in building community energy and sharing campus life stories, all while gaining event planning experience under real mentorship.

🧑🎓 What is JumpIn Campus Meetup?
JumpIn Campus Meetup is a student-led initiative that brings university communities together through weekly themed gatherings, designed to spark conversation, build friendships, and explore shared interests. Whether it’s career talks, cultural exchanges, hobby sharing, or just a space to vent during exam week, these meetups are about real connection in real life.
Hosted across campuses like USYD, UNSW, UTS, and more, our meetups are organised by JumpIn student coordinators and supported by local partners and mentors. It’s your safe space to talk, laugh, grow, and belong.
