UI/UX Training: From Theory to Real-World Practice
Eins joined the UI/UX Training Program to go beyond her classroom learning and apply her skills to real client projects in Sydney.
Under the guidance of design mentors and project leaders, she worked on user experience improvements, wireframes, and interface designs that directly impacted live platforms and services.
She quickly stood out for her attention to detail, user-first thinking, and adaptability across different brand identities.
“It wasn’t just about practicing skills — it was about understanding real client needs and delivering something that made an impact.” Eins said.
2. 🌐 Internship with Joidea Creative: Premium Projects Across Borders
Eins was then selected to intern at Joidea Creative, a design and innovation agency offering premium services to medium and large corporate clients across Australia, Japan, and the U.S.
During this internship, she worked on diverse projects that ranged from corporate websites to interactive service portals, gaining exposure to design workflows, client meetings, and regional brand expectations.
This experience didn’t just expand her design abilities — it gave her confidence in communicating directly with business stakeholders and clients across cultures.
“Every client taught me something different — from timelines to tone, I started seeing design as a form of problem-solving, not just visual work.” Eins mentioned.
3. 🌟 From Designer to Leader: Now Mentoring the Next Generation
After receiving strong referrals from her supervisors, Eins was officially onboarded as a contractor under GlobalReach, where she continues to receive her own projects while also stepping into a leadership role.
Today, she not only designs for clients — she also leads training sessions, mentors new trainees, and guides interns through their creative journeys.
